 Invention of wheel and First networks of Roads || Tech knowledge 1

Now, in this post I am going to tell about some facts of history of tech. I will also be uploading the more post related to this with new ideas. So, let’s get started

1}    Invention of Wheel or When first wheel was invented…   

       Friends do you know when first wheel was invented… Wheel plays and important role in all the sector. It plays an important role in the automobile sector. Automobile has various parts but wheel is most important.

The fact is it is not known exactly when the wheel was invented. The Sumerians used wheel about 5000 years ago in Mesopotamia. They first used it as a potter’s wheel and a few centuries later as a wheel on carts.  At that time the wheels were made up of wooden disc. In their, excavations in Northern and Western Europe, archaeologists have found remains of discs from the Stone Age.  The wheels were fixed on an axis with spikes. The first wheels with spokes also originated in Mesopotamia. Around 2000 BC  the Sumerians built lighter wheels for their chariots as did the Egyptians around 1600 BC.

So, friends this was all about the invention of wheel. Moving ahead my second point is about the road,

2} History of first network of Roads…

We all know if roads are not better it consumes our lot of time so, in this point we will see about the first network of roads.

The first network of road was built by the Romans who were experts in buildings of roads. More than 2000 years ago they planned a road and built networks of roads which covers the entire roman empire and made every corner of it accessible. Messengers, traders, and government officials mainly soldiers travel through the roads.  At the end of the  4 BC  the Romans road was fortified so that the heavy war chariots of generals could also travels on them.
